To expand our offer of frozen desserts, we developed two new recipes with original and attractive flavors to keep surprising your clients:
Banoffee soufflé: a banana soufflé with a heart of dulce de leche on a spéculoos shortcrust base.
Gourmet soufflé: the classic iced soufflé revisited with cognac orange punch and a nougatine powder finish.
We also present new mini pastries, perfect for receptions and caterings:
Petits fours art deco: finger-sized pastries with a variety of flavors and shapes for an elegant finish
Mini chocolate lava cake: the classic molten lava cake in a mini version
