Discover our 2022 Calendar

For the past 40 years, our yearly calendar has been our way of visually representing our Artisanal Ice cream Maker´s personality and essence to the restaurant industry.

 Every year, we aim to capture the best of our desserts and latest creations and with a fresh, creative, and tasty eye. Every photo tells you the story of a product and how we imagined a possible combination of flavors, a mix of textures, and a pairing of colors… we hope our ideas will inspire you and trigger your creativity when serving desserts to your customers. 

For our 2022 calendar edition, we chose “Nature and fine dining” as our theme:

 This is a special theme for us as it joins two of our core values: 

• Naturality: respecting the product by ensuring that our ice creams preserve the natural characteristics of its raw materials (the flavor, color and texture)

• Indulgence: the heart and purpose of ice cream – having an ice cream is always a treat

Inspired by some of the most beautiful contemporary food platings, we are delighted to introduce you to our 12 calendar recipe ideas. All equally as beautiful to look at as to taste, our plating ideas put our latest ice cream creations under a modern, flavorsome, and pure styling light, accurately reflecting our brand and our values.
