We make ice cream in an artisan workshop in Brooklyn according to the “savoir-faire” and the tradition of the Ice Cream Masters. France Dessert has been proudly serving gourmet ice creams and sorbets to many of New York City’s finest establishments.

Make a difference with unique ice creams & sorbets. We customize flavors upon request. We have created more than 1500 custom fabrications for restaurants that have trusted us to develop their original ideas (chai tea, blood orange cinnamon, banana pudding, etc.). Ask for the flavor of your choice, we will create it for you!

We use the highest quality locally sourced ingredients and select the best fruit from countries around the world. Rooftop Honey, Croatian strawberries, Indian mangoes. Belgian chocolate, and vanilla from Madagascar and Tahiti. Our products contain zero trans fat and no artificial preservatives to retain their natural flavors.

Pastry Professionals

Our pastry makers manually make the pastries. They give shape, soak and decorate the pastries by hand. They taste each production to control that each product complies with our high-quality standards. All our pastry bases, creams, and mousses are homemade.

France Dessert prides itself on the strong provenance of its premium raw materials fresh milk from our farm in the foothills of the Pyrenees, fruits from a co-operative in the Rhône valley, free-range chicken eggs, butter of Protected Designation of Origin.
